I am an absolute Book-o-holic. There is nothing better then getting swept into a great story till you can no longer differentiate your feelings from those flowing from the pages. I love living hundreds of lives thru my books. There is something so therapeutic about being able to "click off" and let my mind wander in the most amazing places. My love affair with books is unparalleled and now I have a blog to share my passion. BOOKWORMS UNITE! We were a dying breed that has made a ferocious comeback.

To blog or not to blog.....
This is my first blog. i have yet to post any books but well get there. So excited. 
I won this book in first reads giveaway but this has no affect on my feeling or thoughts. I have no completed this book so my rating is based on what I did read almost half. (45%)
I really couldn't get into this book despite my repeated attempts. The world building was mediocre up to what I read. I did find the charecters charming but I wasn't drawn to them as I normally am or should be. It just felt alittle flat. I hate doing this books but I'm going to set this aside and come back to it as maybe I am the one who isn't being fair. I guess well see.
I was given this book I ex change for an honest review. I have to say it was definitely not what I expected. While this book had an emotionally charged ending I felt like sometimes I was simply reading to find out what happens next because it started off so vague. Not reading because I was actually into the story. "Mia" simply appears in some random house with strangers and can't speak and remember nothing. That could go slot of ways. I felt there was a lot of details that were there for extra fluff but they never made any sense, such as why the girls couldn't leave he house.The characters were a bit one dimensional for me. I did however enjoy the twist at the end . I truly felt the emotion of what was trying to be portrayed by the author and I cried Ike a baby. That's was the highlight for me. It was all over much to quickly and the ends weren't really all tied up. It was unusual. I also know that sometimes novellas don't allow a lot of room for elaboration. Oh well.

I was given this book in exchange for an honest review. It has no sway on my opinion whatsoever. I loved this book from the blurb on. The idea of being able to predict your future with a man just by touching him is extremely appealing. In my mind it is anyway. Unless of course you see them dying young and leaving you widowed. This is what our poor darling Tessa must endure. She has lived a life with her family shrouded in secrecy until one day she finds the cause of the drama. Morik who is a demon of chaos. The lines seem clearly drawn. Demon = Bad, but what if it's not quite that simple. This story follows Tessa as she uncovers her families secrets and comes to terms with what she wants and what ultimately must be. I loved the whole forbidden love aspect of the story. I also loved seeing whole the relationship between Tessa and Morik develop and blossom onto something unexpected. The supporting characters are strategically placed into this puzzle of a story the ends up fitting together perfectly by the end. I was gripped throughout and just when I started to get SLIGHTLY bored I was thrusted right back in until I finished the book. Who knew I could harbor a crush on a demon. Definitely worth the read!!!!! Very original.

I was giving his book in exchange for an honest review by the author. This is no way shape or form affected my opinion. My patience with books is very thin and if I'm not into it I have a hard time continuing, with that being said this book had me hooked ( no pun intended) right out the gate. I have never read anything like this story in the heavily saturated YA genre I cling to. It was a breathe of fresh air or should I say a fresh water?
The main protagonist Caris (awesome name) has always felt different and she has so many reasons to. Well I don't think this will spoil anyones day considering the title of the book but she is known as a breather, a race of beings that can breathe underwater. It is a story of finding yourself and were you feel you belong, and of course what would be complete without a lust-worthy man involved. I know this sounds typical but I felt this book was anything but. I am usually good at telling what will happen next and my favorite thing was I couldn't tell anything with this story. I was constantly intrigued. If you need a break from the witch,wizard,fae, theme this is "the perfect catch" of a book. Please excuse my puns but it was just to easy.
Taunting Destiny (The Fae Chronicles #2)
So I had to literally wait a few days after I finished this book to write a review cause I had to process my emotions. This book was great! I have a hard time in the genre area being as I really enjoy young adult books. A lot of those book do not really have to much sexual content which is fine but sometimes u want that for the characters (sounds weird but think about it) anyway back to my point. This book was such a seamless blend of sexy Ryder content and a great story that I couldn't have been more pleased. I loved watching Synthia develop her feelings for Ryder until she was in to deep. And as for the cliffhanger ending I read in many of the reviews before mine. DO NOT BE put off by this. It isn't so much a cliffhanger as it is a totally new story line. So far this series is my favorite involving Fae.
Fighting Destiny (The Fae Chronicles, #1)
Whoa. This book was crazy. I loved it. I was not at all into the whole fifty shades movement. This book had the perfect amount of raw dirtiness just to make it interesting. The story line was enough to carry my attention without all the naughty bits. I read another book about sexy fae and was so disgusted I couldn't finish it. This one you could easily skip certain parts if that's not your thing or your of the younger variety of persons. This was nicely balanced and had some crazy plot twists that were amazing! Onto the sequel!
Ok so first of all I'm hopelessly in love with the story of Alice, whether is was the original storybook or Disney movie makes no difference. They are all frabjous to me!. This story was absolutely perfect. It was so clever. I loved the way there was a darker spin on things . The writing style was great and the story had a very nice flow to it. Oh and Morpheus...he definetly my type of....moth? Anyway I can not wait for the sequel. This rarely makes any of my reviews because u shouldn't judge a book by its cover but the cover is absolutely gorgeous!! Please please read this book I guarantee with the twist of turns of the deviously delicious man haunting Alyssa's dreams and the colorful cast of characters that inhabit Under land ( some you know some you couldn't dream of) you'll be in for a ride you won't soon forget.
The Locket Thief
This was such a fun story. I loved that the pirates took to the sky like on of my favorite characters, lee Scorsby. I thought little Lara was great and she captured my attention from the start. It's like Annie married pirates of the Caribbean and had a baby. Definitely worth the time.
The main character really made this book for me. It has a very unique feel she isn't the pretty little size 2 lady we see grace the pages of most of our books. She's overweight insecure and in a strange place and she still manages to become badass. Not only is a great story about a potential evil destroying all that is known but also a true finding your strength in the face of adversity story. Loved it. The book held my attention the whole way thru and was just really enjoyable. On to the next crown of embers.
This book was so slow in the beginning and I often found myself alittle lost but I kept reading. The ending was by far the absolute best part of tis book, not because it was over but because it was good. It just took to long to get there.
